WHO WE ARE
By investors. For investors. Meet Heather Faires, Lead Designer/Owner of Lone Star Home Staging. Heather's career in real estate began in 2007 in Dallas when she purchased her first rental property and continued to thrive over the next 15 years focusing primarily on fix and flip properties. Acting as her own general contractor and with a passion for design, she fine tuned her remodeling skills and added home staging to most of her projects. As time went on, she began to realize that her true passion exists in the finishing touches. Looking to pursue that passion in the next "stage" of her life, she created Lone Star Home Staging to share her talent and to help other investors sell their properties in record time and for the most amount possible . Heather has received an International Staging and Redesign Professional (ISRP) double certification from QC Design School.

Home staging and interior decorating are very different fields. Unlike interior decorators, our goal is to remove personal tastes and create a stylish space that generates broad appeal. An interior decorator’s goal is to create a space that clients love and that suits the client’s needs perfectly.
